Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define research strategies.
• Lead usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and ethnographic studies.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights, personas, and journey maps.
• Partner with data analysts to integrate behavioral analytics with qualitative findings.
• Present research reports to executives to influence strategic product direction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of UX research experience in digital media.
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret behavioral data.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Experience with web, mobile apps, and OTT products in the B2C space.

Nice to have

• Experience working in subscription businesses or news organizations.
• Ability to present findings to senior management with a clear point of view.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA.
