Mechanical Services Clerk (Automotive)

Location: Richmond, British Columbia, Canada

Salary: CAD 21.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support mechanic shop operations and provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Collect vehicle and service information and respond to dealer, retail, and commercial customer inquiries.
• Enter mechanical repair information, including materials, supplies, labour, and service costs.
• Prepare repair orders and document authorized repairs and services.
• Prepare quotes, obtain customer approvals, order parts and supplies, prepare invoices, and post fees and work into AMS.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of related administrative experience.
• 1–2 years of Service Advisor experience, including ordering and sourcing parts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and respond efficiently to multiple requests at the same time.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, commercial accounts, and accounting.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Suite.
• Experience with AMS, VTrace, and other hirify.global systems.
