HR Generalist

What you will do

• Provide HR support to U.S. Purchasing, IT, and HR functions and serve as a primary contact for employees and leaders.
• Manage employee relations, attendance, leave, performance concerns, engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, transfers, offboarding, job changes, recruitment activities, and the Purchasing and IT Co-Op program.
• Process employee hours and payroll-related requests, including tuition, shoe, and parental leave reimbursements.
• Support immigration and mobility processes, including visa sponsorship and employment authorization compliance.
• Generate HR analytics and KPI reports while supporting workforce planning, succession planning, merit planning, talent reviews, and HR data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist roles.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, safety, and training.
• Experience with HR systems reporting, particularly SAP and myhirify.global (SuccessFactors).
• Ability to build relationships with organizational leaders, make independent decisions, and collaborate across HR functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
