HR Generalist

Location: Onsite in Plantation, Florida, United States; occasional travel may be required.

What you will do

• Provide HR guidance to Team Members and leaders across Corporate, hirify.global Vet Care, and Customer Care organizations.
• Interpret HR policies and employment standards, assess concerns, identify risks, and determine appropriate escalation.
• Conduct workplace fact-finding, document findings, and advise leaders on performance, policy violations, and disciplinary actions.
• Analyze workforce data, feedback, and operational trends to provide actionable insights.
• Support talent, performance, listening, and engagement processes.
• Maintain HR systems and records while identifying and implementing process improvements and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of progressive core human resources experience.
• Experience with Team Member relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and core HR processes.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to interpret workforce data, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change.
