Associate Product Manager (Software Solutions)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's World Headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Travel up to 20% may be required. Applicants for U.S.-based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Own solution life cycle activities from inception through delivery.
• Meet with clients and prospects to understand needs and represent them internally.
• Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying projects, defining scope, and estimating high-level timelines.
• Translate client requests and market needs into product designs, detailed requirements, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver features and help prioritize stories across product areas.
• Use AI tools and platforms to develop requirements, streamline workflows, support decisions, and drive data-informed outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with artificial intelligence.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Ability to work onsite, work irregular hours when needed, and sit at a computer for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Background in Durable Medical Equipment or Home Medical Equipment.
• Experience in product management, solution management, or a similar technology-driven role.
• Experience balancing priorities across multiple Scrum teams or product areas.
• Experience writing detailed product requirements with artificial intelligence.
