Business Process Automation & Reseller Onboarding Specialist (Power Automate)

Location: Doral, Florida, United States

Salary: Up to $30 per hour. Typical U.S. base pay range: $49,500–$79,200 per year.

What you will do

• Execute the end-to-end reseller and customer account-opening process.
• Coordinate onboarding across Compliance, Credit, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support.
• Design, develop, implement, maintain, and optimize automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and other automation technologies.
• Streamline customer screening, documentation review, approval routing, communications, account maintenance, and status updates.
• Evaluate AI-enabled solutions, monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve workflow effectiveness.
• Document processes through workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and training materials while tracking performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Written and verbal bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• At least one year of experience in business process automation, workflow optimization, business operations, customer onboarding, or continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Automate Flow, or MS Flow.
• Experience improving operational workflows and collaborating across Compliance, Credit, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
