Partner Strategy Associate (SaaS)

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €40,000 - €70,000

hirify.global is building leading AI Business Management Software that centralizes workflows across HR, Finance, Talent, Operations, and IT.

What you will do

• Develop and execute AI-driven Go-To-Market actions for partners.
• Own reporting for the management team to provide visibility and suggest new initiatives.
• Design scalable processes and coordinate with other teams for effective implementation.
• Maintain tracking systems to monitor the business and make data-driven decisions.
• Identify and establish new strategic partnerships outside of Spain.
• Replicate the Spanish market success case in other international markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or from a Tier-1 business school.
• 2-3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Startups, or VC.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the tech scale-up ecosystem.
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French, German, or Italian.
