What you will do

• Document workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Support process mining and discovery initiatives through data preparation and analysis.
• Build performance reporting using KPIs and dashboards to quantify transformation impact.
• Develop automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps aligned with business value.
• Facilitate workshops and synthesize findings into clear strategic recommendations.
• Monitor emerging GenAI and automation trends to translate them into applicable use cases.

Requirements

• Ability to solve complex business problems in a structured, evidence-based manner.
• Experience or knowledge in process design, process mining, and analytics.
• Must be based in one of the specified US locations: Dallas, Seattle, San Francisco, Chicago, New York, or Atlanta.
• Readiness to work in an AI-first environment, augmenting human judgment with automation and GenAI.
