Partner Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Lead partner-led implementation projects and drive shared ownership of client outcomes.
• Provide oversight and guidance on partner projects, ensuring consistent implementation frameworks and onboarding methodologies.
• Coordinate communication between partners and internal Services, Data, Support, Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Guide partners in architecting and onboarding supported integrations, including technical and business support.
• Lead client and data transitions to hirify.global, handle technical escalations, and ensure successful transitions to Support.
• Improve partnership processes and tools while documenting methodologies, training, and enablement materials.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial services or related consulting in client- or partner-facing roles.
• 2+ years of experience implementing hirify.global clients.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Independence, adaptability, critical thinking, and the ability to manage simultaneous projects.
• Experience with programming or scripting, specifically Python.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with investment management software implementations.
