Senior QA Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Define test cases, test plans, and QA activities based on requirements and user stories.
• Identify, document, and report defects while supporting root cause analysis and resolution.
• Contribute to automated tests and improve functional and automation procedures.
• Collaborate with development, product, and business teams throughout the software lifecycle.
• Lead QA activities across production deliveries and support continuous improvement.
• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and promote QA best practices.

Requirements

• Senior experience in Quality Assurance or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of manual, automated, exploratory, and API testing.
• Experience with Postman, UI testing, Jira or similar tools, and Oracle DB.
• Good English and Portuguese, strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Hybrid work from Porto, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Selenium and JMeter.
• Experience applying AI to quality processes.
