What you will do

• Manage and prioritize the test backlog and coordinate QA tasks across project teams.
• Supervise manual and automated test execution in line with test strategies and quality standards.
• Track test progress, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate communication across QA and project teams in Paris and Porto.
• Document, prioritize, and report defects, then verify fixes after resolution.
• Guide team members and provide technical support in a collaborative testing environment.
• Improve testing methodologies, tools, strategies, and QA knowledge-base practices.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a QA Analyst across software testing projects.
• Extensive knowledge of functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Hands-on experience creating and reviewing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Proficiency with Jira and Xray for test management and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written, is required; candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

Nice to have

• Certifications in software testing or automation tools.
• Experience with automation frameworks and scripting.
