Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the quality strategy for the Kyte SaaS invoicing product.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated API, integration, and end-to-end test suites in the CI/CD pipeline.
• Perform exploratory and risk-based testing to identify edge cases and complex failure scenarios.
• Collaborate with product managers, product owners, and engineers on requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Analyze production defects, lead root-cause investigations, and drive preventive improvements.
• Coach the team on shift-left testing, testability, and shared responsibility for quality.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience testing production SaaS products in cross-functional product teams.
• Strong automated testing experience across API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Programming experience with JavaScript and TypeScript for automated testing.
• Experience with AWS environments and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Technical familiarity with APIs, data models, logs, scripting, and programming.
• Experience working in Scrum or Kanban teams and willingness to use AI-assisted testing tools.
