What you will do

• Develop architectural and engineering designs for mission-critical facilities and infrastructure projects.
• Create detailed construction drawings and specifications using advanced CAD/BIM software.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Perform building system analyses and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Develop sustainable design solutions incorporating energy efficiency and LEED principles.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in architectural design and engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant BIM software.
• Strong understanding of building systems and construction methods.
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Professional registration (PE, RA, or both).
• Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• LEED AP certification.
• Experience with parametric design or energy modeling software.
• Knowledge of construction cost estimation.
