Product Owner - Generative AI

What you will do

• Own and continuously refine the Generative AI product backlog in line with business priorities, technology roadmaps, and governance requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable product requirements and user-focused AI-enabled capabilities.
• Coordinate Generative AI delivery across business, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and delivery issues.
• Coordinate testing readiness, issue prioritization, release validation, controlled deployment, and adoption.
• Monitor post-deployment usage, performance indicators, operational feedback, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in product management, technology delivery, business analysis, or digital transformation within banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with product ownership, backlog management, agile delivery, requirements definition, and user story development.
• Experience delivering Generative AI solutions and digital products in banking technology or operations.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, testing and release readiness, and risk and issue management.
• Knowledge of Jira or similar agile delivery tools, data analysis, performance monitoring, and analytical problem solving.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner certification or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience supervising teams and supporting performance.
