Senior AI Product Manager

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product delivery from discovery and hypothesis framing through phased rollout and production readiness.
• Define AI product roadmaps, success metrics, agent behavior, system prompts, tool schemas, context management, and working-memory patterns.
• Design and run prototypes, pilots, experiments, and scenario-based tests for multi-step agentic workflows, edge cases, and failure recovery.
• Build and operate evaluation frameworks covering task completion, reasoning quality, tool selection, safety, cost, escalation, and resolution time.
• Establish human-in-the-loop boundaries and guardrails for autonomous actions, escalations, and non-deterministic outputs.
• Lead client workshops, prioritization, risk discussions, executive communication, and mentoring for junior AI product managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on delivery of AI features or products.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt and context engineering, agentic systems, tool use, guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls, and AI evaluations.
• Ability to read Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript code and assess architecture decisions and technical constraints.
• Experience prototyping AI and agentic solutions with tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong experience with AWS AI services in a product context, including services such as Bedrock, Lambda, SageMaker, or Kendra.
• Strong client communication skills, including explaining AI capabilities and limitations to non-technical executives and working effectively in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Consulting or agency experience.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Strands, or a software engineering background.
