Senior AI Product Manager

Location: US (Remote Friendly)

Salary: $130,000–$165,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product delivery for complex GenAI and agentic AI engagements, from discovery and hypothesis framing through phased rollout and production readiness.
• Define product roadmaps, agent capabilities, success metrics, and measurable enterprise business outcomes.
• Lead user research, stakeholder interviews, experiments, proof-of-concepts, pilot deployments, and scenario-based testing.
• Define agent behavior, including system prompts, tool schemas, context management, summarization, working memory, and human-in-the-loop boundaries.
• Build and run evaluation frameworks covering task completion, reasoning quality, tool selection, failure recovery, and safety.
• Lead prioritization and client working sessions while communicating AI tradeoffs to technical and executive audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with hands-on experience shipping AI features or products.
• Ability to read Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript code and evaluate architecture decisions and technical constraints.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt and context engineering, agentic systems, guardrails, and AI evaluations.
• Experience prototyping AI and agentic solutions with tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong product experience with AWS AI services, including Bedrock, Lambda, SageMaker, or Kendra.
• Strong client communication skills and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• Consulting or agency experience.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or AWS Strands.
• Software engineering background with Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience mentoring junior AI product managers.
