Senior Product Manager – Agentic AI

Location: Remote in Canada; locations available in Ottawa, Ontario, or Halifax, Nova Scotia

Salary: $118,200–$168,200 CAD annual base salary, depending on qualifications, experience, location, schedule, and other job-related factors.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for Agentic AI initiatives supporting clinical operations and trial workflows.
• Lead multiple early-stage product investments from experimentation and rapid prototyping through validation, delivery, adoption, and scaling.
• Identify and assess high-value AI use cases with clinical, operational, business, data, engineering, and AI stakeholders.
• Translate user and business needs into product requirements, priorities, outcomes, and delivery plans.
• Evaluate emerging Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities and make prioritization decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Build alignment among senior stakeholders while communicating product direction, trade-offs, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience defining product strategy, shaping new opportunities, and leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Experience working closely with software engineering, data, AI, or machine learning teams.
• Strong technical fluency in LLMs, retrieval-based systems, agent architectures, AI evaluation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and autonomous problem-solving skills.
• Experience in clinical development, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Generative AI or Agentic AI projects, platform product experience, or experience redesigning operational workflows.
• Familiarity with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Azure, AWS, or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with modern AI product development practices and agile delivery models.
