Project Analyst

Location: Remote, United States; ability to work onsite at corporate or client offices as necessary.

What you will do

• Track, forecast, and report team hours, project costs, expenses, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Monitor project financials and escalate invoicing, forecasting, budget, risk, and issue-related concerns.
• Support project governance, scope and change control, schedules, action items, decisions, and project documentation.
• Research and analyze project data to identify trends, performance insights, and process improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate project and team meetings and communicate status, financial performance, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project information across collaboration and project management tools.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, project support, project coordination, project administration, or a similar analytical role.
• Understanding of IT systems, technology projects, and the project delivery lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience creating process flow documentation and basic experience maintaining project schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Teams, and SharePoint.
