Senior Product Owner (AI)

What you will do

• Own and continuously refine the Generative AI product backlog in line with business priorities, technology roadmaps, and governance requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for scalable and compliant AI capabilities.
• Coordinate Generative AI delivery across business, technology, and vendor stakeholders, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Validate delivered capabilities, coordinate testing readiness and issue prioritization, and support controlled releases and adoption.
• Engage stakeholders to shape use cases, clarify priorities, and provide structured delivery updates.
• Monitor post-deployment usage, performance indicators, operational feedback, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in product management, technology delivery, business analysis, or digital transformation within banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with product ownership, backlog management, agile delivery, requirements definition, and user story development.
• Experience delivering Generative AI solutions and managing banking technology and operations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, testing and release readiness, risk and issue management, and performance monitoring skills.
• Experience with Jira or similar agile delivery tools; team supervision and performance support experience is required.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner certification or an equivalent qualification.
