Senior Product Manager, Reporting & Insights (AI)

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for reporting across report builders, dashboards, scheduled delivery, exports, APIs, connectors, embedded partner surfaces, and AI-assisted experiences.
• Translate the needs of payroll, finance, HR, executive, manager, operator, and partner personas into clear product priorities.
• Own trusted reporting foundations, including standard and configurable reports, GL and journal exports, variance reporting, reconciliation, permissions, lineage, auditability, and observability.
• Develop explainable, source-backed insights using AI, anomaly detection, driver analysis, and proactive recommendations.
• Partner with Data, Engineering, Design, Security, Legal, Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, Operations, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.
• Establish and improve KPIs covering adoption, engagement, trust, accuracy, distribution, retention, expansion, and internal leverage.

Requirements

• Senior-level Product Manager experience focused on reporting, analytics, data platforms, workflow, or insights products.
• Required proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code, including autonomously building, debugging, and shipping functional code and prototypes.
• Strong end-to-end data fluency across models, schemas, lineage, report generation, grain, joins, aggregations, currency and timezone handling, effective dating, and late-arriving data.
• Ability to read and write SQL to validate results, investigate discrepancies, and ensure metrics are reconciled and trustworthy.
• Strong customer focus, stakeholder management, UX judgment, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Business-level English proficiency is required.
