Product Owner IAM IDP Active Directory (On-Premises Squad)

Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands; 36 hours per week.

Salary: €5,994–€8,563 gross per month for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for the on-premises Active Directory platform.
• Lead the transition to standardized, automated, and zero-touch production services.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog while balancing business value, technical debt, risk, compliance, and operational needs.
• Build alignment across IAM, Security, Infrastructure, and other technology domains.
• Coach the squad toward collaboration, ownership, Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure secure, resilient, scalable, and compliant authentication services aligned with DORA requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a complex technology environment.
• Experience leading organizational or cultural change within expert teams.
• Strong coaching, influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving automation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile ways of working and Identity & Access Management.
• Understanding of Active Directory, authentication platforms, security standards, and risk management.

Nice to have

• PSPO certification.
• CISSP certification or similar security qualification.
