Program Manager, II- CXD

Location: Hybrid role requiring at least three days per week onsite at the Holtsville, New York office, United States

Salary: $86,080–$129,120 annual base pay, plus a target performance-based cash incentive equal to 10% of base pay.

What you will do

• Manage product and service programs from initiation through delivery, including project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, service, marketing, and operations.
• Drive UI/UX design, service design, hardware form factor research and development, and related CXD initiatives.
• Consolidate project status, facilitate meetings, document progress, and communicate concise updates to senior management.
• Identify and resolve moderate to significant obstacles, manage risks, and adjust plans to minimize business impact.
• Support early-stage go-to-market activities and transition programs to marketing.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite in Holtsville, New York at least three days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience.
• Strong full life-cycle technical program management experience.
• Ability to drive program management initiatives while understanding the program environment and scope.
• Knowledge of PMI PMBOK concepts, project scheduling, staffing plans, task dependencies, and risk management.
• Intermediate understanding of development processes and product launch activities.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience using AI to drive efficiencies, with automation or digital transformation experience.
• Interface software development knowledge and understanding of the AI development lifecycle from development and go-to-market perspectives.
• Experience with agile processes and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience guiding large cross-functional teams and solving technical, quality, cost, and schedule challenges.
