Director, Program Manager

Location: US Remote; roles are open in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Salt Lake City, and San Diego

Salary: $138,000–$150,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead complex creative programs and concurrent projects spanning research, strategy, design, development, and deployment of web and software products.
• Define delivery models, communication plans, tools, processes, timelines, budgets, scope, and risk controls.
• Manage, mentor, and develop project management team members, including performance and career guidance.
• Act as the primary client contact and coordinate communication between clients, stakeholders, and internal creative teams.
• Assess resourcing, team bandwidth, program pacing, delivery health, profitability, and project estimates.
• Support business development, change management, digital transformation, and standardized delivery practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of creative project management experience in advertising, creative agency, production studio, or a related environment.
• 5+ years of program management experience and 7+ years managing internal teams and direct reports.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, video, digital, social, and integrated campaigns.
• Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows, content production tools, file formats, compression, and web best practices.
• Expertise with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Jira, plus strong scheduling, financial, organization, communication, and risk management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; hirify.global participates in E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with project accounting, opportunity estimation, budget ETC/EAC, and profitability management.
