Cyber Business Operations Manager (Remote)

Location: USA - Remote; limited travel required, approximately four times per year for offsites, conferences, and customer-facing engagements.

Base salary: $125,000–$180,000 per year, plus potential bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Improve the operating model for the Office of the CISO, including planning cadences, prioritization, governance, and communications.
• Prepare and represent the Office of the CISO in senior leadership forums, including Office of the CIO meetings and CISO leadership sessions.
• Own reporting across OKRs, KPIs, KRIs, project status, and health indicators for executive, Board, and operational audiences.
• Develop executive narratives, agendas, and materials for operating reviews, Board of Directors preparation, and leadership meetings.
• Govern WorkBoard, Asana, Jira, and ServiceNow, ensuring adoption, data integrity, and consistent usage.
• Manage operational reporting and stakeholder coordination for the Crowd for Crowd program and its product adoption initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related discipline in a fast-paced technology or cybersecurity environment.
• Ability to operate independently at senior leadership level, make recommendations, drive decisions, and represent an organization with executive presence.
• Experience creating executive-level content for Office of the CIO, ELT, and Board-level audiences.
• Working knowledge of WorkBoard, Asana, Jira, and ServiceNow, including driving adoption and maintaining data integrity.
• Experience applying AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Experience with budget management, headcount planning, annual operating plans, stakeholder alignment, and difficult conversations.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity industry experience and practical knowledge of cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience working as the right hand to a senior executive.
• Hands-on project and program management experience, including Agile methodologies.
• Experience using AI in daily work and helping others build AI-enabled workflows.
