Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid work within close proximity to Fort Meade, Maryland, United States

Salary: $125,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the complex Web Content Filtering task order and coordinate with the Government Program Manager, Lead Engineer, and Contracting Officer Representative.
• Manage the full lifecycle of cybersecurity technology initiatives, from planning and design through development, testing, implementation, and closeout.
• Develop project plans and integrated schedules covering tasks, milestones, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
• Adjust personnel, tools, and budget resources to meet time-sensitive program requirements.
• Monitor performance across concurrent tasks, identify risks and delays, assess impacts, and recommend mitigation strategies to leadership.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• 10+ years of experience supporting large-scale IT programs as a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager.
• Hybrid availability within close proximity to Fort Meade, Maryland required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and Planner, including integrated schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Experience coordinating internal delivery teams, external service providers, and subcontractors across scope, schedule, cost, and quality management.
• Experience managing large-scale federal IT programs through successful, high-quality, on-budget completion.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Information Technology Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting Department of War cybersecurity programs and working with federal Contracting Officer Representatives.
• Active Project Management Professional certification.
• Experience with Department of War Risk Management Framework compliance.
• Familiarity with the Department of War Information Network and Defense Information Systems Agency Internet Access Point architecture.
