Professional Services Implementation & AI Adoption Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the AI change-management and adoption strategy across the Professional Services organization.
• Build AI fluency through enablement programs, playbooks, office hours, coaching, and knowledge systems.
• Re-engineer the implementation lifecycle around AI to reduce delivery times and manual effort.
• Design and scale AI-assisted workflows for reporting, meeting summaries, proposals, statements of work, and knowledge capture.
• Accelerate customer integrations through AI-assisted data mapping, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with delivery, IT, Business Operations, and Legal teams to scale AI responsibly within security, compliance, and data-governance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, consulting, delivery, or operations within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience leading change-management or technology-adoption initiatives that altered team workflows.
• Hands-on experience using Claude or other AI assistants to improve real delivery workflows.
• Strong understanding of implementation and integration lifecycles, including integration tooling, data mapping, or APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce, hirify.global, or comparable EPM/CRM platforms.
• Strong communication, influencing, coaching, and senior-stakeholder presentation skills across remote teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI workflow design.
• Change-management credentials or process-improvement certification.
• Experience building enablement, documentation, or knowledge systems using Notion or an equivalent tool.
