Implementation Manager (AI)

Location: Remote; expected travel of approximately 25% to client sites and key working sessions.

Salary: $166K–$195K annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the plan of record for enterprise deployments and maintain visibility into tasks, risks, dependencies, issues, and decisions.
• Drive execution against timelines, assign accountable owners, remove blockers, and balance speed with quality in regulated environments.
• Serve as the primary client partner, managing expectations and translating feedback into clear actions.
• Coordinate deployment, engineering, product, analytics, and operations teams from discovery through go-live.
• Manage scope and change while minimizing bespoke development through reusable assets and minimum viable paths.
• Lead training, communications, adoption tracking, executive cadences, and deployment playbook improvements.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in implementation management, consulting, program management, or similar roles leading complex enterprise rollouts.
• Exceptional organization, written and verbal communication, judgment, and ability to operate in ambiguity and high-stakes settings.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to earn trusted-advisor status with clients and executives.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and stakeholders in complex, compliance-sensitive environments.
• Ability to manage scope, escalate appropriately, and drive work toward a minimum viable path.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% to client sites, with increased travel around milestones.

Nice to have

• Experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, enterprise software deployment, or forward-deployed work with product or engineering teams.
• Fluency with Notion, Google Workspace, and project or issue trackers.
