Customer Onboarding Manager (SaaS)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; hybrid work with office attendance required on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Base salary: $88,000–$110,000 CAD annually. Target bonus is 10% of base salary; expected total compensation is $96,800–$121,000 CAD annually.

What you will do

• Lead implementations of hirify.global’s cloud-based accounts payable automation solution.
• Guide customers through technical integrations and provide expert problem-solving support.
• Manage project timelines, tasks, development efforts, and customer expectations.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding journey and drive product adoption.
• Document lessons learned in the internal knowledge base and share customer insights with the product team.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support customer adoption and revenue goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in implementation, project management, consulting, onboarding, or customer success for SaaS applications.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Customer-focused approach with proactive solution identification.
• Ability to work from the Vancouver office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday under the hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with ERP or accounting applications such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Intacct.
• Accounts payable, procurement, or financial services experience.
• Ability to read and debug web applications, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API calls.
• Startup experience and professional use of AI tools to automate workflows.
