IT Intern (IT Support & Security)

Location: Remote from Bucharest, Budapest, Athens, Brussels, Prague, Riga, Tallinn, Valletta, Vienna, Vilnius, Warsaw, or Zagreb

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for internal IT helpdesk requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues.
• Assist with provisioning and de-provisioning SaaS accounts for new and departing employees.
• Track hardware inventory and software licenses, and keep device management systems up to date.
• Support cybersecurity and compliance activities, including secure and compliant device configuration under SOC 2 and ISO 27001 frameworks.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and self-service troubleshooting guides.
• Identify repetitive tasks and help automate IT workflows.

Requirements

• Recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, Windows/macOS operating systems, and common SaaS tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, initiative, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfort working with a fully remote, international team.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with device or endpoint management concepts such as MDM.
• Interest in cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
