Location: Galway, Ireland. Hybrid working with onsite attendance required at least 3 days per week; support is provided to the Galway office and remote colleagues across the UK and Europe.

What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of Mac and Windows devices, including procurement, enrolment, configuration, support, reclamation, and secure wiping.
- Administer Mosyle, Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot, BitLocker, and LAPS.
- Manage identity and access across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian, and internal tooling, including documented joiner-mover-leaver processes.
- Deliver IT and endpoint controls for ISO 27001 certification, maintain asset and access registers, and organise Stage 1 and Stage 2 audit evidence.
- Manage Bitdefender coverage, software licences, renewals, supplier relationships, IT spend visibility, and AI tooling vendor risk.
- Provide first-line IT support, build a knowledge base and runbooks, introduce request tracking, and expand AI-assisted triage for common requests.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing mixed Mac and Windows device fleets and endpoint management platforms.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, identity and access management, MFA, and least-privilege administration.
- Experience delivering or supporting ISO 27001 controls, audits, policy documentation, asset inventories, and access registers.
- Ability to provide direct device setup, troubleshooting, onboarding, offboarding, and employee support.
- Ability to work onsite in Galway at least 3 days per week.
- Ability to document, automate, and prepare the IT function for handover to a permanent hire or managed service provider.
