QA Analyst - Testing Factory

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal

What you will do

• Coordinate testing activities across the testing factory.
• Plan and perform manual and automated testing.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Create and review test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Manage defects from identification and prioritization through fix validation.
• Collaborate independently and within Agile teams to solve quality-related issues.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of professional experience as a QA Analyst, including strong experience coordinating testing activities.
• Solid knowledge of manual and automated testing and multiple testing types.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Xray or similar test management and defect tracking tools.
• Experience with defect management, test documentation, and Agile environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.
