Senior QA Analyst (Banking & Finance)

What you will do

• Design and execute end-to-end testing for complex banking and finance applications.
• Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Manage test cases, defects, reporting, and quality traceability in Jira and Xray.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing as required.
• Analyze test results and communicate quality status to product, development, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in requirements reviews and help define acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• French proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
• At least 5 years of software QA and testing experience.
• Proven experience in banking and/or finance.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Practical experience with Jira and Xray for test management, defect tracking, reporting, and traceability.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and industry standards relevant to financial applications.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification at Foundation Level or higher.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior QA team members.
