Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Tysons, Virginia, United States; based at the HQ office with required in-person work Monday through Thursday each week

Salary: $115,000–$145,000 USD base salary per year

What you will do

• Partner with the Senior HR Business Partner to support more than 350 Software Engineering employees and their managers.
• Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and hands-on HR support across the employee life cycle.
• Manage performance reviews, employee development, hiring, succession planning, and employee relations processes.
• Develop people strategies and organizational effectiveness initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and support business objectives.
• Guide managers through investigations, performance improvement plans, and other complex employee relations matters.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Operations teams to implement scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Strong relationship-building and client-service skills across levels and functions.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, leadership development, coaching, and organizational growth.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters with fairness, integrity, and sound judgment.
• Must work from the Tysons HQ office Monday through Thursday; immigration-related sponsorship and other employment authorization support are not available.
