Strategic Consultant (HEOR)

Location: Hybrid role based in either Cardiff or Bicester, United Kingdom, with at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Lead and manage large, multi-workstream projects, including global evidence packages, health technology assessment, and market access programmes.
• Provide strategic consultancy and develop analytical, operational, and strategic solutions for clients.
• Lead proposals, pitches, and business development activities while building client partnerships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Drive internal and external thought leadership by translating research, innovative ideas, and insights into business impact.
• Develop value messages, posters, slide decks, reports, and peer-reviewed publications.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate recommendations to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree qualification at BSc level or above in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in a market access, hirify.global, or related consultancy environment.
• Experience in one or more hirify.global disciplines, such as health economic modelling, data science, evidence review, value communications, health technology assessment, or market access.
• Proven experience managing large and complex programmes, with strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience leading proposal development, contributing to business development, and building client partnerships.
• Experience developing scientific and strategic written materials, communicating with stakeholders, and providing line management and leadership.
