Market Access Consultant (Pharmaceuticals)

What you will do

• Lead client market access programmes covering pricing, reimbursement, patient access, data collection, product supply, and regulatory support.
• Partner with Business Development to support lead generation, client presentations, proposals, and tailored Funded NPP offerings.
• Assess client requirements, define programme scope, and develop detailed workstream plans, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder strategies.
• Lead research, pricing due diligence, analysis, reporting, dossier development, and proposal preparation.
• Manage client meetings, cross-functional teams, external partners, communications, issue resolution, invoicing, and end-to-end programme delivery.
• Provide strategic recommendations on early access programmes, asset profiles, competitor landscapes, pricing, reimbursement negotiations, and commercialisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline and/or an MSc in Health Economics.
• 5+ years of consulting or relevant business experience in market access, reimbursement, pricing, and/or health economics.
• Experience with market access dossier development and pricing analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to work with internal teams, external stakeholders, and client organisations.
• Strong presentation, written communication, analytical, organisational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English is required; the role is available remotely in the UK or EU, or hybrid from London.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in an additional European language.
• Strong interest in medical research, healthcare delivery, and the pharmaceutical industry.
