Forward Deployed Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Embed with business teams to understand end-to-end workflows across business areas.
• Scope, build, test, and deliver production solutions through to live operation.
• Use AI tools including Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and AI-enabled IDEs to deliver solutions rapidly.
• Build bespoke integrations, data pipelines, and user-facing tools.
• Feed field learnings into the core product and help shape the roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in one or more languages such as Python, C++, Java, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
• Demonstrable experience combining software engineering skills with AI toolchains to build complete production systems.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, and translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical work.
• Understanding of data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, UX frameworks, tools, and the current AI landscape.
