Senior Associate, Dasher Fleet Growth Strategy (Analytics)

Salary: $83,000–$122,000 USD per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Analyze weekly performance variance, acquisition results, supply-demand balance, incentive efficiency, and market-level dynamics.
• Own the Dasher referrals acquisition channel, including forecasting, incentive strategy, and weekly spend allocation.
• Identify volatility, structural inefficiencies, emerging risks, and growth opportunities affecting supply.
• Partner with Analytics, Product, Strategy & Operations, and Finance on targets, pacing, and roadmap priorities.
• Translate complex datasets and experiment results into actionable, executive-ready recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, technology, marketing, finance, or operations.
• Ability to write SQL queries and build models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience analyzing experiments or performance tests and translating findings into recommendations.
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Organization, collaboration, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
