Sr. Manager, Category Strategy & Analysis

Location: US Remote

Salary: $135,000–$155,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with the General Manager and Category Directors on acquisition, retention, conversion, and new-treatment launch strategies.
• Size growth opportunities and maintain prioritization frameworks across acquisition, technology product, and treatment development roadmaps.
• Build forecasts, scenario analyses, initiative models, scorecards, and weekly business review inputs.
• Use Looker and Amplitude dashboards to derive insights and make recommendations.
• Develop experiments with product and analytics teams, monitor results, and recommend improvements.
• Analyze new treatments, SKUs, and programs and support launch planning across clinical, regulatory, and go-to-market milestones.

Requirements

• 6+ years of business experience.
• Management consulting or strategy experience is required.
• Experience in strategic analytics, business prioritization, forecasting, and synthesizing complex data into executive-ready narratives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Must be based in the United States for the stated compensation range.

Nice to have

• Direct-to-consumer, telehealth, or consumer health experience.
• Looker and Amplitude fluency.
• Experience with product or treatment roadmap planning in a regulated environment.
