Revenue Strategy & Growth Senior Associate

Location: U.S. (Remote)

Total compensation: $120,000–$160,000 annually, including base salary and bonus.

• Structure vague or open-ended business problems into actionable plans.
• Own recurring revenue workstreams and initiatives end to end, including metrics and outcomes.
• Build durable systems and automation that create leverage beyond direct involvement.
• Drive cross-functional execution and hold partners accountable for commitments.
• Validate that initiatives produce the intended business outcomes before scaling them.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and system-building skills, including the ability to design and analyze.
• Comfort framing problems and working with limited direction.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners without formal authority.
• Strong outcome orientation and ability to close loops rather than only measure activity.
