Location: Hybrid position in London, United Kingdom; office attendance expectations will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager.

What you will do

• Drive innovation initiatives for hirify.global Direct money movement solutions, reducing cost, friction, and time to value.
• Lead stakeholder discovery, validate problems, and translate opportunities into product initiatives, epics, and features.
• Own the product lifecycle from experimentation and proofs of concept through delivery, launch, and continuous optimization.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog using business strategy, customer outcomes, market insights, and measurable results.
• Use data, experimentation, performance metrics, and automation to evaluate viability and guide go/no-go decisions.
• Partner with engineering, commercial, risk, legal, compliance, operations, and regional teams to deliver secure and scalable payment products.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in payments, fintech, or digital financial services.
• Strong understanding of money movement ecosystems, including P2P, P2B, B2B, and B2P.
• Ability to combine data and product judgment, resolve trade-offs, and measure outcomes.
• Experience managing product backlogs and applying agile methodologies.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field.
