What you will do

• Shape the strategy for the Core Banking Collective and coach a small team of product marketers.
• Partner with Research to define target segments and understand customer needs to strengthen product-market fit.
• Collaborate with Product Management to define and deliver disruptive product roadmaps.
• Position core products to clearly differentiate hirify.global's proposition from traditional banks.
• Determine GTM timing and mechanics for product launches.
• Equip the Marketing team with necessary insights to market products disruptively.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a player/coach leading people while contributing individually to key projects.
• Experience working within technical teams alongside PMs, Designers, and Engineers.
• Ability to translate data, insights, and product taste into a punchy product strategy.
• Confidence in solving abstract problems and building consensus for recommendations.
• Must be based in London for hybrid office attendance.
