Product Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Fintech): Leading customer balance and ledger capabilities for a global payments product with an accent on product strategy, measurable outcomes, risk mitigation, and scalable delivery. Focus on evidence-based discovery, AI- and data-informed prioritization, responsible use of AI, and resolving complex trade-offs across regulated cross-functional environments.

Location: Hybrid role based in the London Paddington office, with three days per week onsite from Tuesday to Thursday.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, execution, and post-launch outcomes for customer balance and ledger capabilities.
• Identify customer and business problems and use customer, market, regulatory, threat, adoption, and performance data to prioritize the roadmap.
• Translate product strategy into requirements, product plans, success metrics, business cases, and predictable release plans.
• Lead delivery and alignment across engineering, data science, security, compliance, operations, sales, and go-to-market teams.
• Monitor post-launch adoption and performance, resolve delivery bottlenecks, and improve customer experience, risk prevention, efficiency, trust, and growth.
• Coach peers and analysts while championing structured discovery, delivery rigor, and outcome tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering product features end-to-end and driving measurable post-launch outcomes.
• Experience working in complex, regulated, and technically sophisticated environments.
• Ability to translate insights into clear product requirements, business cases, execution plans, and success metrics.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical and risk concepts for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, compliance, security, commercial, and go-to-market stakeholders.
• Ability to work from the London Paddington office three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.
