Senior Audit Transformation Lead (Fintech)

Location: London office or remote within the UK, with ad hoc meetings in London

Salary: £108,700–£130,000 per year, plus performance-linked incentive awards

What you will do

• Translate Internal Audit strategy into a product roadmap with measurable business and risk outcomes.
• Promote a product-owner mindset and develop technology-enabled, repeatable assurance products.
• Modernise Internal Audit by embedding technology and new ways of working.
• Coach the function in adopting new technologies and support end-user adoption.
• Build relationships with Risk, Compliance, technical leads, and other stakeholders across the organisation.
• Develop strategic partnerships with regulators, industry forums, and academia.

Requirements

• Track record of leading agile, digital, or operational transformations in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and driving adoption.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and technical leads without direct line-management authority.
• Ability to explain data and engineering concepts to non-technical audiences and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience working with developing risk and control frameworks.
• Ability to work from the UK and attend ad hoc meetings in London.
