Senior Product Manager for Capital Management (Fintech)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid setup

What you will do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for capital calls, distributions, treasury workflows, and accounting integrations.
• Transform complex fund operations into intuitive product experiences, automation logic, and scalable infrastructure.
• Conduct customer interviews and market research, translating insights into product requirements and user stories.
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, and customer success to deliver products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Own product-related decisions, cross-functional alignment, success metrics, and continuous product improvement.
• Track trends in fund finance, treasury tools, and accounting systems to identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, private markets, or back-office financial operations.
• Experience owning mission-critical, data-intensive product areas with high compliance or audit requirements.
• Ability to ramp up in complex financial domains and translate strategic vision into actionable plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-informed approach with experience defining and measuring product success metrics.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Understanding of fund mechanics, including capital calls, LP notices, distributions, treasury, and accounting.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
