What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and direction for a meaningful hirify.global product area.
• Research customer workflows and identify opportunities using conversations, behavioural data, research, and market insight.
• Translate broad problems into product bets, hypotheses, experiments, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Data, and Research from discovery through delivery.
• Balance customer value, business goals, technical investment, prioritisation, and product quality.
• Align Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, leadership, and other stakeholders around product direction and commercial context.

Requirements

• Significant experience building and scaling digital products, ideally in SaaS, product-led growth, collaboration software, productivity tools, or a comparable product environment.
• Strong product judgement and the ability to structure ambiguous problems using customer insight, data, and context.
• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Design as part of a shared product development discipline.
• Ability to set direction, make trade-offs, prioritise effectively, and explain decisions clearly.
• Clear communication skills, commercial awareness, and understanding of activation, engagement, retention, expansion, and revenue.
• Must be based in one of the listed remote hiring countries.

Nice to have

• Experience with product-led growth, onboarding, activation, or retention.
• Background in creation tools, editors, builders, platform products, APIs, integrations, analytics, or data products.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, payments, monetisation, AI-powered products, agents, automation, or intelligent workflows.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products used across multiple teams and use cases.
