Senior Product Manager (EV Mobility)

Location: Berlin, Germany; assigned workspace in the Berlin office.

Salary: €79,000–€100,000 gross per year.

What you will do

• Own and shape the product roadmap across customer-facing EV charging products and platform capabilities.
• Balance customer needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, and product strategy when prioritizing initiatives.
• Work with automotive manufacturers, EMPs, fleet solution providers, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Translate customer problems, business opportunities, and technical requirements into user stories, product specifications, and prioritized backlogs.
• Deliver product features from discovery through launch and support rollout communications, enablement materials, and customer documentation.
• Use AI tools to analyze customer data, accelerate discovery, generate requirements, prototype solutions, and improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS, platform products, APIs, mobility, fintech, automotive, or e-mobility.
• Experience managing APIs, platform products, or highly technical software products.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to discuss trade-offs effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders throughout product discovery and delivery.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, prioritize work, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Fluent English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
