Senior Product Manager - Fraud (AdTech)

Location: Berlin, Germany (hybrid) or remote; relocation support and visa support are available

What you will do

• Own fraud prevention strategies across onboarding, engagement, monetization, and payouts.
• Design and deploy real-time fraud detection mechanisms, anomaly analytics, and proactive interventions.
• Partner with data, engineering, product, and operations teams to build detection pipelines, alert systems, and response workflows.
• Define and optimize fraud KPIs, including false positives, chargebacks, fraud velocity, and user friction.
• Use A/B testing and iterative validation to improve detection models and intervention flows.
• Shape fraud-resilient product experiences while minimizing friction for legitimate players.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with digital products involving complex user behavior and monetization models.
• Strong experience in AdTech or ad monetization, including attribution, measurement platforms, or ad networks.
• Analytical, data-driven approach with experience using behavioral data, patterns, and signals.
• Experience designing and measuring A/B tests in risk or fraud scenarios.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, analysts, and operations teams on scalable fraud solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with behavioral fraud, KYC or identity verification, Trust & Safety, risk management, or fraud prevention.
