Senior Product Manager (KYC & Authentication) (KYC, authentication, account management): Owning and scaling player account management capabilities covering KYC, identity verification, registration, authentication, and account lifecycle with an accent on regulatory compliance, security, and seamless customer experiences. Focus on building scalable platform solutions across markets and tenants, preventing duplicate accounts, and improving KYC conversion, login success, and account integrity.
Location: Hamburg, Germany; hybrid setup

What you will do
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Player Account Management.
- Optimize KYC and identity verification while balancing conversion, compliance, and security.
- Drive secure authentication and account access, including login, sessions, device recognition, bot detection, and account recovery.
- Manage registration and account integrity across tenants, devices, and providers, including duplicate account prevention.
- Ensure accurate account lifecycle management from risk profiles and restrictions through account closure.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Customer Care, Fraud, AML, Payments, and business teams while improving product KPIs.
Requirements
- Strong product management experience with end-to-end ownership of complex products or domains.
- Solid expertise in KYC, identity verification, and authentication.
- Experience working in regulated environments and translating regulatory requirements into product solutions.
- Experience building scalable platform solutions across products, markets, or tenants.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across technical, regulatory, and business teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and funnel data to guide product decisions.

- Experience with gambling regulation and/or international KYC and authentication rollouts.
