ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Location: United Kingdom; candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC)

Salary: £80,000–£105,000 per year, plus a £6,600 car allowance and 10% bonus

What you will do

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across the full project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, supportable, and sustainable solution designs.
• Provide architectural guidance to project teams and support technical decisions, design reviews, and governance.
• Collaborate with Platform Owners, Technical Consultants, Developers, ServiceNow experts, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to architectural standards, governance frameworks, technical roadmaps, reuse, and standardization.
• Support pre-sales activities, technical workshops, and solution discussions.

Requirements

• Hold or be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).
• Significant experience designing enterprise ServiceNow solutions in complex enterprise or multi-client environments.
• Experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Technical Architect, Principal Consultant, or Lead Consultant with solution design responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, solution design principles, extensibility, and development best practices.
• Architectural experience across one or more core ServiceNow product areas, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, and common integration patterns.
