What you will do

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture for complex enterprise programs.
• Advise clients on platform strategy, roadmap planning, and implementation best practices.
• Present technical recommendations and strategic roadmaps to C-suite and business stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide a diverse team of architects, developers, business analysts, and administrators.
• Provide architectural oversight for modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, SecOps, HRSD, and CMDB.
• Establish platform governance, solution standards, and design review practices to ensure scalability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant enterprise IT and ServiceNow experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification required.
• Minimum 12 active ServiceNow CIS certifications required.
• Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations and transformation programs.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, governance, integrations, and application design.
