What you will do

• Configure and operationalize ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management for demand intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, governance, resource planning, and performance management.
• Configure ServiceNow Financial Management for lifecycle cost visibility, budget tracking, cost allocation, variance analysis, and accrual tracking.
• Design data models, workflows, governance controls, roles, permissions, access controls, naming conventions, and version-control standards.
• Build portfolio, financial, and governance dashboards and integrate ServiceNow data with Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Implement AI-enabled decision-support capabilities for demand analysis, investment prioritization, portfolio insights, value realization, governance, and financial forecasting.
• Coordinate with FDIC stakeholders and the existing ServiceNow contractor to support adoption, user acceptance testing, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management and/or IT Financial Management modules.
• Experience with data modeling, workflow design, governance controls, roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with business intelligence and analytics tools and developing dashboards or automated reporting.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator or SPM/ITBM and IT Financial Management Implementation Specialist credentials.
• Experience supporting client self-sufficiency through documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and user acceptance testing.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors in a shared or enterprise ServiceNow environment.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience supporting federal agencies, financial institutions, or financial regulatory organizations.
